Stephen Curry Says He is Better Offensive Player than LeBron James

Curry is confident, without doubt, but is he better?
Stephen Curry, the 26-year old point guard who plays for the Golden State Warriors, has recently stated that he is better offensive player than LeBron James. Whether you agree or not, Curry's confidence is unquestionable and it's good he believes in himself and his game.
Curry was hosted by Dan Patrick and when asked if he was a better offensive player than James, he said he was. The young guard said he also sees himself as a ball distributor and that he gets his teammates involved. Curry said that if both LeBron and he went off to score as many points as they can, he would score more points.

While Stephen Curry averaged 8.5 assists per game last season and was one of the best point guards to do it, LeBron James was equally amazing, averaging 6.4 assists and being in the top 10 in that statistical category. As a matter of fact, James is the only non-guard player to rank in top 20 in assists, as the next non-guard on the list is Joakim Noah with the average of 5.4.
Curry is a lethal 3-point shooter. Since entering the league, he has made the most 3-pointers on the best shooting percentage. Curry has made 905 long-range shots on the incredible percentage, 44%. The next best player on the list is the reigning MVP, Kevin Durant, who has made 737 3-pointers on 38.1% shooting. Due to this, we ranked Curry on our list of the top 10 shooters in the NBA history .
Since joining the Miami Heat, James' 3-point efficiency sky-rocketed, but it's not even close to Curry's. James has made 494 3-pointers on 35.9% shooting since Curry's rookie season.
Defense of these two players cannot be even compared, but it's not what Stephen Curry mentioned anyway. Offensively, both of them are great and James is one of the most efficient small forwards in the NBA history while Curry is one of the most efficient shooters
